All orders are processed within the turnaround time listed in the annoucement box at the top of my website, these turnaround times are subject to change so make sure to check them before placing your order.
You will receive an email to confirm your order has been placed and you will receive another email once your order has shipped.
Postage costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight of your selected items. All orders are posted with Royal Mail, first class signed for. First class signed for postage is aimed at 48 hour delivery but isn’t guarenteed. If you need your order with a next day delivery service please contact me via Facebook, Instagram or email to check that it would be possible to get the order to you for your required date. I cannot be held responsible for any postal delays, once your order is handed over to Royal Mail the delivery time is their responsibility, and out of my control. Order refunds cannot be processed due to postal delays, I recommend ordering in advance to avoid this. Postal delays are more likely after bank holidays and busy times such as Christmas.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at caketoppersbychloe@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
