Icing sheet and wafer card - icing sheet is a higher quality print and has a vanilla taste. It works best being placed on a disc of fondant to stop the moisture from the buttercream sinking into the print, this can cause them to curl slightly. Wafer card is a stiff texture, it has a slight transparent appearance to it and works well being placed directly onto buttercream.
